Command Line FTP To use the command-line FTP client:
1. Click Start , click Run , in the Open box, type ftp and then click OK .
A command session window opens, and the prompt changes to ftp.
2. Open FTP sites, browse their contents, and download or upload files. The
command-line format for using FTP is found by typing Help at the ftp
prompt.
