Implementing for Type 0 A type 0 MUX design require no signal in the truth table representing the function to be partitioned
off. This means, that all signals are applied to the select inputs. Also the characteristic numbers of
the function are applied to the data inputs. For the specified function listed above, the
characteristic numbers are f0=0, f1=0, f2=0, f3=0, f4=1, f5=1, f6=1, f7=1, f8=0, f9=0, f10=1, f11=0,
f12=0, f13=0, f14=1, f15=0 (see Fig. 9a).
