Administering the Database with SQL-Based Management Tools
In addition to using the graphical user interface (GUI) pages presented in EM Express,
you can use other Oracle tools such as SQL Developer and SQL*Plus to administer
your database. These tools enable you to perform database management operations,
and to query, insert, update, or delete data directly in the database.
