Dear Mr d'Ortega
I am writing to inform you that the goods we ordered from your company have not been supplied correctly. On 1 April 2013 we placed an order with your firm for 4000 plastic bags. Yesterday the consignment arrived but there appeared some errors in products.
Firstly, received plastic bags are size 30cm x 40cm whereas we wanted them bigger - 50cm x 40cm. It makes huge difference, because our car rags won't fit in such small bags.
Secondly, our company's logo is placed in wrong place on the bag. It appears in the bottom right corner and we'd asked to put it on the top left hand corner.
This errors put our firm in a difficult position, as we have already started taking orders from our customers. Unfortunately we were forced to postpone selling our products due to this problem and it caused us serious inconvenience as well as money loss.
I am writing to ask you to prepeare and send us new set of plastic bags in accordance with the terms of the contract. I hope it's understandable that time is important factor. Could you please look into these matters, otherwise we may have to look elswhere for our suppliers.
I would also like you to certain, that in the future such a case won't happen again.
