Using the Winnt32 Command The syntax of the winnt32 command is as follows: winnt32 [ /s :sourcepath ] [ /tempdrive :drive ] [ /unattend [ num]:answer_file ]
The following table describes the switches that the winnt32 command uses. Switch Action /s: sourcepath Specifies the location of the Windows XP
Professional files. To copy files from multiple
servers simultaneously, specify multiple /s sources. /tempdrive: drive Directs Setup to place temporary files on the specified
drive, and install Windows XP Professional on that
drive. /unattend [ num ]: answer_file Performs an installation in unattended mode. The
answer file provides Setup custom specifications.
For num , type the number of seconds between the
time that Setup finishes copying the files and the time
that Setup restarts the computer.
